Our process for you

The Bintou leaves thrive in the region’s ideal tropical climate, growing in naturally rich and fertile soil without chemical intervention. The leaves are carefully hand-harvested, then withered to reduce moisture, rolled to break down cell walls and encourage oxidation, and finally air-dried for one to two weeks. Once ready, they are packed without additives or processing and shipped to the UK, where they are further sorted, blended, and packaged into branded loose-leaf containers for consumers. This careful process preserves the tea’s natural properties and ensures a high-quality, authentic product.

How does Bintou Herbal Tea get to you, and how do you use it?

Start your day with Bintou tea, a comforting, 100% natural herbal infusion with a mild, natural taste that helps you feel calm, balanced, and ready to face the day.
Currently, Bintou tea needs to be boiled before use. In the future, tea bags will be introduced to make preparation quicker and more convenient.
To prepare, boil 300 ml water in a pot, add 1 tablespoon of dried Bintou tea, and continue boiling for up to 5 minutes until you obtain 250ml of a cup of infusion. No filtering or additives are required, just the pure infusion. Drink a cup daily, before, during, and after your period, until pain subsides and the flow is regulated.

Your Bintou Herbal Tea will be delivered to you via postal services.

What should I understand about how Bintou Herbal Tea helps with irregular cycles, pain, or symptoms associated with menopause?

Most women who used Bintou tea for several months were satisfied with the results and did not continue taking it once their pain had resolved and their menstrual flow had regulated. Those seeking lasting relief are encouraged to persevere, as noticeable improvements are commonly reported from the second month onwards.

Bintou tea is designed to work gradually, helping to alleviate and, over time, eliminate the severity of menstrual cramps, muscle contractions, inflammation, and period pain, while improving overall well-being. It is especially suited for women who experience irregular menstrual cycles, painful periods, heavy flow, or symptoms associated with menopause, offering a natural and gentle alternative to conventional pain relief.

For how long do I drink the tea?

Many women find relief within a few months and no longer need to take it. Those seeking lasting relief are encouraged to persevere, as noticeable improvements are commonly reported from the second month onwards. We encourage you to continue drinking Bintou tea until your pain subsides and your menstrual flow is regulated.

Does the drink have a taste?

For best results, drink freshly prepared Bintou Tea as it is 100% Natural Plant and has a mild, natural taste. We recommend drinking it without adding sugar to preserve its full herbal benefits. Keep the tea in its original packaging in a cool, dry place.
